Modest Start-Up | Built on Industry Experience

2013 – Founded with Ambition

FuturePro Outsourcing was founded by Mark Wallace with a clear vision: to deliver flexible multi route to market logistics solutions for growing businesses requiring great service. From the outset, the company positioned itself as a distinct alternative to providers focused on credit control, or governed by boards too far removed from day-to-day operations. Self-funded from inception and built on decades of industry expertise, FuturePro has consistently achieved strong results, delivering double-digit annual growth.

Investing in Scalable Infrastructure

2015 – Warehouse Expansion

As demand grew, we maintained capital investment extending our warehousing facilities, transport, and workforce operations to support clients growth and long-term contracts. By maintaining a flexible and consultative approach, we helped businesses scale effectively while ensuring compliance, service reliability, and operational control.

Ongoing Capital Investment

2017 – Freehold Warehouse Expansion

Ongoing demand and growth enabled the speculative purchase of the 45 Easter Park warehouse, marking a significant step in our multi-site business model. We seized the opportunity to redevelop the site, remodelling the building and infrastructure to support new business operations. The entire project was completed without additional borrowing and within a tight timescale, reinforcing our commitment to sustainable, self-funded growth.

Consistently Operating Throughout COVID

2020 – Resilient Operations

Amid rapidly shifting market conditions and the acceleration of online commerce, FuturePro  maintained full operational continuity every day throughout the COVID-19 pandemic — without compromising service standards. While many competitors closed or reduced capacity, our dedicated workforce ensured daily operations continued. We remained resolute in our belief that supporting our customers was vital — acting as a lifeline to keep their businesses running.

Long-Term Contracts & Maintaining Diversity

2021 – Corporate Customers

Following COVID, we welcomed a range of new corporate clients seeking a dependable logistics partner to support the long-term growth of eCommerce as a core element of their business model. While securing long-term contracts, we maintained our philosophy of diversity—supporting businesses of all sizes across a broad spectrum of industries including technology, R&D, medical supply, drinks, and fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG).

Developed Outsourcing

2023 – Operational Growth and Excellence

We expanded our leadership team, invested further in internal IT systems, and strengthened onboarding processes to support larger and more complex programmes. Our reputation for professionalism, transparency, and responsiveness has driven long-term contracts across critical sectors. Financial resilience remains as always being a key focus — with sustainable growth achieved without external borrowing.

Focused on Strategic Client Delivery

2024 – Launching the Outsourcing Division

The company introduced FuturePro Outsourcing, marking a natural progression of the Group’s management and logistics expertise. The division was created to provide organisations with a responsive, hands-on outsourcing partner capable of delivering professional operational management. FuturePro Outsourcing takes a practical, embedded approach, working directly from client premises across the UK. Contracts focus on developing bespoke warehousing and transport solutions providing operational structure, workforce requirements, and commercial objectives.

Key areas of delivery include:

On-site operational management designed to integrate with existing teams and processes

Workforce solutions, including structured staff management and TUPE transitions

Implementation of new warehouse operations, from sourcing suitable buildings and IT solutions, through to day-to-day management

Scalable outsourcing models tailored to support change, growth, or transformation programmes

This development reflects FuturePro’s continued commitment to supporting customers not only with infrastructure and logistics capability, but also with the experienced management needed to establish, stabilise, and grow operational functions over the long term.

Sustained Growth, Built on Trust

Looking Ahead

FuturePro continues to build on a stable and resilient foundation. Our priority is to strengthen the core of the organisation while broadening the services that support our customers’ changing operational requirements.

The management team remains central to this approach. By investing in leadership capability, operational expertise, and a strong professional culture, we are ensuring that FuturePro is well positioned to deliver consistent service, respond effectively to change, and maintain long-term client partnerships.

Expanding Our International Capability

In Q1 2026, FuturePro launched FuturePro Global Forwarding, a dedicated freight forwarding business led by Director of Forwarding, John Boyd. This new division extends the Group’s capabilities into international air and sea freight, complementing our established logistics and outsourcing services and enabling a more joined-up approach to supply chain support.

A Measured Approach to Growth

Our strategy is not driven by scale alone, but by building an organisation that is operationally resilient, well managed, and aligned with customer needs. Through experienced leadership, carefully developed services, and a practical understanding of logistics delivery, FuturePro is focused on growth that is sustainable and commercially sound.
